钱琦博士是香港中文大学（深圳）理工学院的助理教授,入选国家海外高层次人才。于2018年在普渡大学获得物理学博士学位，师从Michael Manfra教授，随后在加州大学洛杉矶分校从事博士后研究，师从段镶锋教授。现主要从事对于新型量子材料与器件的输运性质研究。以第一作者（含共同）在高水平期刊共发表10篇文章，包括Nature, Nature Nanotechnology (两篇), Nature Communications 等。曾获得美国材料研究学会博士后成就奖：The MRS Postdoctoral Award；加州大学校长博士后奖提名：Chancellor Award for Postdoctoral Research；普渡大学The Lark-Horovitz Prize in Physics以及 Lijuan Wang Memorial Award等奖项。

Mentor Introduction

Dr. Qi Qian is an assistant professor in the School of Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hongkong, Shenzhen. Before that she did her postdoctoral research at UCLA with Prof. Xiangfeng Duan. She received her Ph.D. degree in condensed matter physics in 2018 from Purdue University with Prof. Michael Manfra and B.S. degree from JiLin University in 2011. Her research interest focuses on quantum transport in novel quantum materials and devices. She has 10 first (co-first) publications in top peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Nature Nanotechnology (two publications in total), Nature Communications, etc. She has received MRS Postdoctoral Award, the nomination of Chancellor’s Award for Postdoctoral Research at UCLA, the Lark-Horovitz Prize in Physics and Lijuan Wang Memorial Award at Purdue University.
