朱庄翟（dí）于2022年从密歇根州立大学获得了计算机科学博士学位，并在毕业后成为微软的一名高级数据与应用科学家。她将于2024年春季学期以助理教授的身份加入乔治梅森大学的网络安全工程院系(Department of Cyber Security Engineering)。她的研究兴趣涵盖机器学习的应用，算法，和理论。她目前的主要研究方向包括联邦学习，强化学习，知识迁移。她有丰富的交叉领域的研究和工作经验，包括系统，调度，无线网络，物联网，算法交易，人机交互等。
Zhu, Zhuangdi received her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Michigan State University, advised by Professor Jiayu Zhou. She will join the Department of Cyber Security Engineering at George Mason University as a tenure-track assistant professor in Jan 2024. Her research interest resides in both applied and fundamental machine learning. She is dedicated to developing principled algorithms that facilitate knowledge transfer across domains for generalizable, privacy-preserving, fair, robust, and trustworthy AI systems. Her current research focuses on Reinforcement Learning and Federated Learning. Her research experience involves systems, scheduling, wireless networking, IoT, Algorithmic Trading, HCI, etc.
