俄亥俄州立大学药学院胡梦莹课题组（hoo-lab.com）诚招1-2名博士后研究员。研究方向包括：基于核壳结构脂质纳米粒的基因药物递送以及免疫细胞外泌体的功能性及机制研究应用于肿瘤免疫治疗，免疫性疾病，组织修复以及心血管疾病的治疗。

胡梦莹博士在北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校药学院（U.S. News #1 Pharmacy School）获得博士学位，师从脂质纳米粒领域泰斗Dr. Leaf Huang；之后在康奈尔医学院Dr. David Lyden（肿瘤转移及外泌体生物学领域先驱）实验室从事博士后研究；即将于2024年9月1日起在俄亥俄州立大学药学院（U.S. News #4 Pharmacy School）担任助理教授。迄今在生物医学及纳米医药领域顶刊Nature，Nature Nanotechnology，Nature Communications，Science Advances，Biomaterials，Journal of Controlled Release，Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews等发表论文多篇。2019获得Baxter Young Investigator Award。

Our key research theme is the rational design of non-viral gene therapy for serious diseases, inspired by the intrinsic nature of extracellular vesicle (EV)-mediated intercellular communication, with a particular focus on EVDNA. Our highly multidisciplinary and collaborative research spans pharmaceutical engineering, materials chemistry, EV biology, immunology, protein and genetic engineering, and data science. The current focuses of our group include:

•Engineering Core-Shell Lipid Nanoparticles;

•Functional and Mechanistic Exploration of immune cell-derived EVs (iEVs) and iEVDNA

•Translational Therapeutics & Vaccines / Biomarkers Development
