Position description:

A successful candidate will carry out biodistribution and pharmacokinetic studies, good at running HPLC and LC-MS/MS, carry out liver fibrosis exprements in animal models, evaluate the combination therapy of miRNA and small molecule drugs for treating alcohol and high fat diet induced liver fibrosis, formulate into nanoparticles, decorate nanoparticles with targeting ligands for site-specific delivery to hepatocytes or hepatic stellate cells, do qRT-PCR, Western blot analysis and ELISA, carry out flow cytometry and immunohistochemical analysis. This candidate will also assist in data analysis and manuscript and progress report writing.

 Qualifications:

PhD in Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or related subjects.
