香港大学电机电子工程系赵天硕课题组招收全奖博士生2名，最快于2024年春季入学。
赵天硕博士，助理教授（个人主页：https://www.eee.hku.hk/people/tszhao/）。本科毕业于清华大学，博士毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚大学。博士导师Cherie Kagan教授和主要合作者Christopher Murray教授，均为胶体量子点（colloidal quantum dots）领域开创者之一。博士后期间，在耶鲁大学Shu Hu教授课题组开展光催化剂的稳定性研究。后加入宾夕法尼亚大学物联网精准农业中心（IoT4Ag）设计与制造新型传感器系统。以第一或共同作者发表论文于PNAS, JACS, ACS Nano, ACS Energy Letters, Science, Joule, Nano Letters等期刊，持有2项美国专利。（论文详见 google scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citat … AAAAJ&hl=en）Dr. Zhao joined the Department of EEE as an Assistant Professor in 2022. Prior to HKU, he received postdoctoral training both at the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University. 三、研究方向
Nanomaterials and Devices (NanoMADE) Lab （https://www.eee.hku.hk/~tszhao/）基于对纳米材料制备与性质的精确控制，运用高通量的先进制造技术，大规模制备多维度、多功能纳米材料器件。方向包括：1. 纳米晶体材料的增材制造；2. IoT传感器、探测器（红外、太赫兹、射频）；3. 能量转换器件（生化传感、光催化）。
四、实验室简介
The NanoMADE lab, Led by Dr. Zhao, the research of the nanomaterials and devices lab is based on chemically synthesized colloidal nanomaterials, whose material properties are highly tunable, and their dispersions can assemble into thin films through solution-based fabrication techniques. The goal of our research is to integrate colloidal nanomaterials into multi-scale and multi-functional devices and specifically enhance device efficiency, stability, and manufacturing scalability. Our research directions include: 1) advanced 3D manufacturing of colloidal nanomaterials, 2) nanodevices for IR/terahertz sensing and communication, 3) photo(electro)chemical devices for solar energy harvesting and storage.
