一、合作导师介绍

史夙飞,伦斯勒理工学院化学工程系教授,主要聚焦于二维材料及其Moiré超晶格的光谱学,在二维材料光电性质领域有非常多创新性成果,研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者发表在Nat. Mater., Nat. Phys., Nat. Nanotechnol.,Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. X, ACS Nano, Nano Lett.等国际期刊上,受到学界关注。

李志鹏,上海交通大学化学与化工学院特别研究员,博士生导师,课题组长,入选上海市扬帆人才计划和浦江人才计划。2006-2010 上海交通大学工学学士学位,2010-2015上海交通大学工学博士学位;2015-2020上海交通大学师资博士后,2017-2020美国伦斯勒理工学院访问学者和博士后,主要研究方向二维材料器件制备及其光电特性研究,在Nat. Commun., Nano Lett., ACS Nano和Phys. Rev. X等国际期刊上发表科研论文30余篇。

  • 二、培养方式

  • 在合同期内(2~3年),在交大李志鹏和史夙飞教授共同指导下,根据研究任务与进展分别在上海交通大学和美国史夙飞教授课题组(Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute)开展研究工作,具体时间节点可根据实际情况灵活调节。
  • 三、应聘条件

  • 1、获得化学材料学凝聚态物理学等学科的博士学位,或近期内能顺利完成博士论文答辩。
  • 2、具有较好的英文读写和英文汇报工作的能力,年龄在32周岁以下。
  • 3、在重要期刊发表高水平研究论文,对本领域基础知识和前沿方向有良好把握。
  • 4、优先考虑博士期间从事二维材料生长与表征,二维范德华器件制备与光电性质研究,光学和光电子学相关研究课题的优秀人员。
  • 四、待遇

  • 1、享受上海交通大学博士后福利待遇,保证基本年薪25~30万,除基本薪资之外,根据研究贡献、论文发表、基金项目等给予额外奖励。
  • 2、支持申请“博士后创新人才支持计划”和上海市“超级博士后”计划(点击可查看2022年“超级博士后”计划申报指南),入选者综合年薪超过35万。
  • 3、在站期间全职从事博士后研究,博士后研究工作满3年且取得优秀科研成果、满足我校长聘教轨要求者,通过评估后可直接获聘长聘教轨教职。
  • 4、根据上海市博士后管理政策办理有关落户事宜。
